These kind of bosses are entertainers. They never take stress, but they may give you. Sometime they do not know how to do the things, but they manage it very well with other’s help. They are also oblivious and their junior never forget to take the advantage of this.
The real boss, supportive and believing in resolving the issues rather
than ignoring it. They are responsible, reliable and focused to their job. They
always take care of their juniors and help them too. But unfortunately these
kind of bosses are found very less.
They are very much interested in females and prefer hiring beautiful
girls. They are more conscious to their looks no matter how ugly they look.
They are always keen to talk to females where ever they go and are ready to
follow wrong procedure if it will be convinced by any beautiful lady.
English Speaking Boss
They are fond of English language. They do not miss talking in English, especially
with those who can’t speak this language. They seems to be inspired from
Hollywood movies, where a boss gives command to his/her junior in foreign

busy in meetings. They are good coordinator in arranging the people to gather up
on time at the premises. Sometime these bosses do meetings, where their personal
decisions are required. They organise a meeting for coming meeting as well.

They are friend of every one in their office. When they changes their
company, they also brings their team-mates from old company. if you will invite
them, they could also visit your house with their family on your kid’s birthday
party. Some of them becomes family member of their juniors.
